Online Fee payment process
> Parent Login
> Menu> FEES CLICK QTR/Fee Head & check the due amount
> Pay Online
> Redirected to HDFC PG website
> Enter Debit/Credit Card details or select Net banking
> Redirected to Customer Bank for authentication by OTP/password
> Returning to HDFC PG website and Parent Login Page for Fee Receipt
> Print the Receipt (AFTER LOCKDOWN). Note the online number and date of payment
For paying fee online Parent’s Login is required. Login with your ward’s Admission No. as user id/user name (Example: 005/2018) or Registered Mobile No. in Mobile App.
To change your password please click on Forgot password option in Parents Login and enter the Admission No.
(Kindly check your internet connection/Mobile Data before proceeding for online payment. Fee payment fails if internet connection goes during the transaction.)
Step1: After login you can see your ward’s details.
Step2: Click on Menu> FEES, you will see the details of fee- installments paid and due amount (outstanding amount payable) for the installments (QTR1, QTR2, QTR3 and QTR4). If any mismatch in Fee Due amount please contact the school office immediately.
Step3: Click due amount
Step4: Click on ‘PAY FEES’. You will be guided to the payment gateway.
Step5: Select the Payment Method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net banking, UPI etc.)
Note : Your mobile number should be registered with bank for OTP. Check your Debit Card is activated for online transactions.
Step6: Once payment is made successfully, you will be redirected to your login(Please click YES when the Message comes) and you can take printout of the Fee Receipt.
Step7: AFTER LOCKDOWN parents are requested to send one copy of the Payment Receipt along with duly filled Bill book ( please mention online payment number and payment date on the receipt if payment receipt is not printed ) for counter signature to the Class Teacher through your ward.

If money is debited from bank account and Fee Receipt is not generated, please send an email to email@example.com with admission No. and transaction details for rechecking the status of the payment of fee on the same day.
Clear Cache of Mobile App/ Clear history of the Browser( Eg. Chrome) , Acrobat Reader/ PDF Reader App. / Software needs to be installed; if PDF Fee Receipt Preview does not show
