1. School fees should be deposited through payment Gateway (online). Only in case of exigency school fee will be collected by ATM/Debit/Credit Card (excluding Gift Card) of any bank through GPRS terminal of HDFC Bank installed at the school subject to prior permission of the school authority. Details for online procedure and the link for the same has been given on the school website (www.brschittaranjan.net).
  2. On receipt of School Fee Book please write the Admission No. of your ward on cover leaf and all the foils.
  3. Fees for all classes should be deposited between 1st and 30th/31st of the month allotted for each quarter (QTR) to avoid late fee.
  4. If fee is not paid in the 1st month of the quarter (QTR), a late fine of Rs 250/-  is to be paid for that quarter (QTR) and the same will be paid between 1st and 30th/31st of the subsequent month of that quarter (QTR).
  5. The name of the Student will be struck off from the School roll, if he / she fails to deposit the school fees for two consecutive months and he/she will not be allowed to attend classes until re-admission is granted by the Principal.
  6.  a) Re-admission fee will have to be deposited by the defaulter for two consecutive months subject to the prior  permission of the Principal only (Re-admission fee Rs 2000/-)                                                                                    b) Defaulters clearing Re-admission fee after due date will be required to pay an additional late fine                @ Rs 250/- per month till they clear the outstanding fees subject to prior permission of Principal only. 
  7. In case of non-payment of fees within due date permission must be taken from the school authority for payment of fees in the subsequent month along with late fine as applicable.
  8. Students of class X and XII must clear the School Fees upto March with fine (if any) etc. by 25th January and the School Fee Book must be handed over to the Class Teacher positively by 27th of January for verification.
  9. All school fee book must be shown to the respective class teachers by 5th of May, August, November and February months respectively.
  10. If a child discontinues / takes a transfer certificate from Burnpur Riverside School, Chittaranjan in the middle of the academic session, the caution money for the same will be refunded only after settlement of all dues at the end of the academic session (For classes Nursery to class X and XII)
  11. Tuition Fees and other fees including caution money will not be refunded to those who qualify for the provisional admission and also pass Class X Final Examination but subsequently seek to take transfer from Burnpur Riverside School . (For class XI).
  12. The fee etc. once paid is Non-Refundable.
  13. Changes in the fee structure can be made at any time if the school authority thinks it necessary.
  14. Parents are required to mention only Grand Total of the fee amount in the foil of the School Bill Book.
  15. Parents are requested not to pay the school fees through NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/UPI.
