1. School Fees should be deposited through online payment gateway. Only in case of exigency school fee will be collected by ATM/Debit/Credit Card (Excluding Gift Card) of any bank through GPRS Terminal of IDFC First Bank installed at the school subject to prior permission of the school authority.
2. Fees for all classes should be deposited as per the schedule mentioned below:

3. The name of the student will be struck off from the school roll, if he/she fails to deposit the school fees for two consecutive months and he/she will not be allowed to attend classes until permission is granted by the Principal.
4. In case of non-payment of fees within due date, permission must be taken from the school authority for payment of fees in the subsequent month along with late fine as applicable.
5. Students of Classes X & XII must clear the school fees upto March with fine (if any) etc. by 30th January of the session.
6. If a child discontinues/takes a Transfer Certificate from Burnpur Riverside in the middle of the academic session, the caution money for the same will be refunded only after settlement of all dues at the end of the academic year for classes Pre-Nursery-7(Bal Vatika-1) to Class X & XII.
7. School Fees and other fees including caution money will not be refunded to those who qualify for the provisional admission and also pass Class X Board Examination but subsequently seek to take transfer from Burnpur Riverside School (For Class XI only).
8. Once paid is not refundable.
9. Changes in fee structure can be made anytime if the school authority thinks it necessary.
10. Parents are requested not to pay the school fees through NEFT/RTGS/IMPS.
